Architecture Presentation Scenes

Description

The purpose of this assignment is to use SketchUp to compose the presentation scenes of your completed site and building model.

Objectives/Outcomes and Assessment Criteria

• Demonstrate an understanding of SketchUp through the generation of an architecturally-related assignment.

• Print PDF files of the SketchUp scenes.

• Demonstrate craftsmanship through composition of the scene.

• Document completed assignments in a digital format and archive those digital artifacts in MIro and Google Drive.

General Instructions to begin the assignment

1. Open your 3D SIte file that contains your building as a component.

2. Watch the step-by-step tutorial to successfully compose the presentation scenes.

3. You now have the four scenes saved.

4. Print PDF files of each scene. These are the PDF filenames to use:

FirstInitialLastName Bird’s Eye View.pdf

FirstInitialLastName Eye Level Exterior.pdf

FirstInitialLastName Eye Level Interior.pdf

FirstInitialLastName Section Cut.pdf

5. Upload the PDF files to your Google Drive and to the Miro board for evaluation.
