The Associates in Applied Science (AAS) in Architecture degree is a 67-credit (minimum) degree focused on the study of architecture. The degree prepares students for employment and transfer.

The recommended 2-year sequence of courses is provided below, but if you take one Architecture course at a time, the recommended sequence is: ARCHITC 110, 170, 121, 171, 122, 123, 166, 104, 172, 202, 105, 204, 266, 220. In addition, there are some required general education courses.
All courses, except ARCHITC 230, are offered in the fall or spring. Introductory courses are offered in the summer. If you would like to take summer courses, it is recommended that you take general education courses.
For students transferring into baccalaureate programs, it is highly recommended that you begin the math/physics sequence in your first semester. These courses are sequential and may require that you take a test to determine placement.
